The Sunday Edition | A Girl & Grey

I read this post by Grace about the things she loves but shouldn’t, and it totally inspired me to compile a list of my own! I’m sure we all have a few guilty pleasures – whether we know it or not – and here are mine…

Hallmark and made-for-tv movies: Especially during this time of year, those cheesy, super-cringe films know how to hook me in! By December, I’m watching at least three a week and I don’t really care if Harry laughs and makes fun of just how lame they are – they make me really, really happy!

Always ordering the same thing off the menu: Grace had this on her list too! If I go to GYG’s or Grill’d or a sushi restaurant, you know I’m literally ordering the same thing every time. I hate eating bad food – and there’s nothing worse than ordering something that tastes awful – so I like to play it safe and stick to my usual. It gets hard when we go to new restaurants or if we’re travelling, but if in doubt, I almost always order a Caesar salad w/ a medium egg and NO anchovies, plus a side of fries to share.

Diet Coke + milk chocolate when I’m feeling out of sorts: I swear it’s the perfect combination post-migraine.

Rewatching Jersey Shore at least twice a year: It’s 100% my favourite show on earth and I love to watch it back from the very beginning. Fist-pumps, pushups, chapstick!

Carrying on legitimate conversations with my cats: If a camera were to follow me around all the time, I swear I’d get committed. I love carrying on full conversations with my cats – pretending they respond to me or even mimicking the way they’d speak to me, if they could. I must look insane, but it’s become so routine now that if I don’t talk to them constantly they start following me around and crying non-stop. Does that mean they like it when I talk to them? I don’t know, honestly.

Now it’s your turn! Tell me some things you love {but probably shouldn’t!} in the comments below. I can’t wait to read yours!

I’d much rather eat something I know is safe and delicious, than branch out and possibly be disappointed! Glad you can relate haha.

Hey, it’s a perfect normal thing to talk to cats. I even talk to the cat regularly visiting the pub next door.
It would be very rude to ignore them when they ask you how your day was going, wouldn’t it.
