Is it something you’ve ever had to deal with?
I’ve been dealing with insomnia on and off for years. Sometimes, it’s a distant memory, and other times I find it plaguing my evenings for months straight.
Recently, I’ve been dealing with way more insomnia than I’m normally used to – to the point that I’ve had to send Harry to the spare room just to get a decent six or so hours of sleep. And that’s if I’m lucky, of course.
I wish I knew more about sleep issues and insomnia. I feel like there’s a wealth of knowledge out there around the topic of sleep, but a lot of it contradicts each other. Do you find it to be the same?
The only thing I’ve found to marginally help is to sleep alone, and with the a/c on. Both things are obviously not ideal, but they’re helping for now.
